These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RayAssist client portal and the services provided by RayAssist LLC ("RayAssist"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
This portal lets you request services, complete onboarding, track delivery, exchange documents and messages, and view reports and invoices. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
Selecting a service in the portal is a request, not a binding order. Each engagement begins only when RayAssist provides a written proposal and you accept it. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in that proposal.
Fees are as stated in your accepted proposal. Advertising spend on third-party platforms is paid by you directly to those platforms and is not included in our fees. Invoices are due by the date stated on each invoice.
Accounts and platforms (advertising accounts, stores, social profiles) remain owned by you. Work produced for you becomes yours upon full payment for the relevant engagement.
Both parties agree to keep each other's non-public business information confidential. Documents shared in this portal are treated as confidential.
Either party may end an engagement with the notice period stated in the applicable proposal. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
RayAssist provides services with professional care but does not guarantee specific sales, ranking, or advertising outcomes, which depend on many factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding three months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the portal.
